Our mission is to bring people together and make learning martial arts more accessibile and inclusive for all.

Whilst we aspire to remain loyal and respectful to our teams, our coaches and where we came from, it is important to learn from a wealth of diffrent teachers and their styles. This idea of community learning was due to having travelled to many teams around the country; Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing clubs and MMA gyms, and realising not only can we learn more from them but also share knowledge, therefore paying it forward.

Why the name Flow Hard? Because, both in competition and sparring in our respective martial arts, we try to get into that 'flow state' but we have to train hard so that when it counts, that feels easy!

At Flow Hard, we will try to put on as many seminars as possible and bring in quality coaches locally, nationally and internationally. Where possible, raise money for local causes and reinvest in the quality of the coaches we invite in the future. The aim is not to make profit but to invest in ourselves.

It is often talked about, especially in martial arts, that we should pass on knowledge and grow each of the arts/sports and bring it to a new generation. So, it is important we have a stable base from which to do this. We invite you to join us and create a network of learning and pass it on for more people to benefit, just as you have. Not team specific, but everyone, learning as one!
