Refunds
For events booked in advance, we ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling or requesting a refund. If you through an injury or sickness you are not able to attend, you will need to contact us via hello@flowhard.co.uk and let us know, then request a refund. Please check each individual event for the full refund cut-off. Some exceptions after the full refund date cut-off will be considered.
If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund immediately to the payment source. Times will vary based on the payment you used at time of purchase.
